Applicator broke after few uses.. Product itself is good, I like it. Light weight and good value for money when its on sale. I didnt have any skin irritations, I can see my eye area brightening, effective.

I like the applicator, the fact that only a small amount comes out with a pump, as well as the cooling sensation and depuffing ability. Doesn't do much for undereye circles, but that is my lifetime bane, so not a product defect

This is amazing!!! The applicator is cool. I am so pleased with this purchase. I had no idea that the applicator was cool. It's so refreshing to use. I am so glad Amazon prime day was the day I found this out I most likely wouldn't have gotten it to try. It's spends but honestly worth it. It's definitely a pamper yourself or a loved one product. It works well. I have sensitive skin and didn't irritate my eyes at all.

This is a nice applicator tip. It feels very cooling when putting on the eye gel. Since it is a gel though I don’t really find it to fully absorb as well with the applicator and can cause a bit of stickiness after if you don’t rub it in with your fingers. I do think it is moisturizing though. And if it worked just a little better would be an amazing product so you don’t have to touch around your eyes with your hands.

Use this everyday. Feel like a queen, love the cooling sensation under my eyes. Makes me glow!

After using it twice I noticed immense pain in my actual eye, perhaps i’m using too much or it’s user error, i use a small amount under the eye and did notice tightening and depuffing and effective moisture. I think it might just be too strong for my eyes personally since it’s almost a minty feeling. I will try it again because i don’t want to waste it. it has nice packaging and application which i like. just wanted to give honest feedback!

This item works decently. Not a major dramatic improvement to the eye bags but you can see the difference immediately after you apply it. It really moisturizes the skin under your eye. No irritation.

I love this eye cream - it’s rich, creamy, and hydrating. But the way it’s delivered will keep me from ever rebuying it. The wand applicator is meant to be pressed down firmly on the eye area, then spread around with the wide wand tip. But it really requires quite a firm press - way too firm for the upper lid - it would squish my eyeball! And too firm for my fragile undereye area - plus it hurts my cheekbone to press that hard. So I’ve been pressing the wand down on the heel of my palm, and then applying the cream with my index finger (which is probably safer anyway, because when I tried to spread it with the wand, I couldn’t really feel exactly where the edges of the wide tip were, and got some cream on my lower lashes, which went right into my eye. I should probably point out that I’m not using a mirror to help with applying the cream - I can’t see well enough up close to apply eye products in a mirror!). If this product is ever repackaged in a jar, I’ll be first in line, but as long as it remains as is, I’m done. Aside from the discomfort of the wanded delivery, it would be more sanitary to dispense the cream directly from a jar, and safer to apply with fingertips than the wand. I get that the idea was no-touch delivery, but the execution is BAD.
