I always noticed when i stay in nicer hotels that the pillows were just the right firmness and always felt great the next morning. That was my reason for searching out hotel quality pillows. The Queen Ann pillows definitely are the same quality has i have experienced in the past. Firmness is as advertised and they feel very luxurious. I have experienced neck pain the past if the firmness wasn't just right -- these pillows are perfect and my neck ache are no longer an issue...highly recommend these pillows.

My husband and i absolutely love these these pillows. We have finally gotten a good night sleep with these.These are so comfortable and supportive for our neck and back , i bought the firm pillows, and they are GREAT!!! We wake up refreshed and ready to start the day. NO ZOMBIES WALKING AROUND IN THIS HOUSE ANYMORE!! :) I would highly recommend that everyone give these a try they will be completely satisfied with their performance. After 11 months these pillows lost their fluff and shape. They seem to hold up as well as any other pillow, but the cost is not justified. Very high cost for a pillow that is no more comfortable and no higher quality than any other typical pillow.I first reported that "this an excellent pillow that so far holds it's fluffyness after a few weeks"

There is nothing not to like with these pillows! Comfortable the 1st night & no punching, turning over or tossing & turning with these well made pillows from Queen Anne! I have found the perfect match for my head when I go to sleep. Thank you.

Fantastic. Should have bought them years ago

I ordered the medium firm and am very happy with my purchase. I’ve been down the road of buying cheap pillows that just don’t last and wanted pillows that would lead to a comfortable night’s sleep. You get what you pay for and these pillows were worth it. Would definitely buy again.

There is now way these are firm pillows. Absolutely no neck support and even with the two pillows stacked on top each other. Waste of money

Buy the firm, they are not stiff but comfortable and better than the medium fill. We tried numerous pillows from MyPillow to all sorts in between, these are keepers.
