My 2 boys along with all of their friends absolutely love this. You have the ability to hook it up to Bluetooth and box to your favorite music. Due to my medical issues I had lost a lot of strength and this has also been a very fun workout item for myself, and a way for us all to blow off some steam.

I love it a lot and it’s super useful to use to get my frustration out. My only complaint is that no where in the instructions does it say how to turn off the sound affects when u hit it. It plays over my music and it’s louder than it should be, if anyone knows how to turn that off but also have the music still playing please help. The item also perfectly sticks to any surface and has 2 options when it comes to that. Very sturdy and worth the money. Easy to connect to my phone to play my playlists and easy to understand how to connect. The gloves are high quality and easy to put on. The punch pads also can be hit with no gloves because they are somewhat soft. The gloves don’t move much around your hands when worn which is great. Awesome product overall and would purchase again if it ever breaks. So far, the product hasn’t had any mess ups or technical difficulties. If you’re looking for something to punch but don’t have enough money for those huge punching bags like me, buy this. I used this all night and it was great. I did mute the whole thing though because the noises it made when I punched it agitated me because it was as loud as my music so it ruined the point.
