Works as expected in laptop.
Using it without the heatsink in my legion 5 laptop, it works as expected. Gives great speed. No issues till now, would definitely recommend and think its value for money. The quality of the product also didn’t feel cheap or sth it felt good, it also came with a small screwdriver to help with installation lol. Will also update the review if anything happens.

Absolutely terrific! Busted all myths.
It has been another steal deal from Amazon.4th Gen NVME at a crazy deal by Orico.Never heard of this brand before so scanned every review possible, mostly on a PS5 (that was the intent for this 2TB drive). The packaging is nice, but can't install both heat sink plates. It was expected so I just used top lid over the thermal pads and it fits properly in my PS5. Nothing broken yet.It reads the speed as 6483mbps.I moved around 480Gb from console storage in close to 4 mins, while installing NFS Heat in the background, in this beast from Orico.Super happy with it so far. Didn't expect this performance from an unheard brand. Time will tell it's reliability. The product lists 5 year limited warranty, so that should answer one of the other low rated reviews here.

Decent
First of all, the Amazon package was absolutely horrible, it didn't even cover my ssd fully luckily seal wasn't broken. I thought my ssd might be damaged. ssd being a delicate item should be packed properly.(see attached image)SSD is pretty average, It performs good in the crystal mark disk test but in real world scenarios like moving data, it is pretty average. I was getting 850MB/s at the start of 230GB copy process but after a certain point it dropped to 160MB/s only. Similarly moving the game files from Xbox app was giving around 130MB/s speeds.(see attached image)I'm using this ssd as a game drive so that even if this ssd goes bad it wouldn't affect me. If you want data safety better go with reliable brands.

Good in perfomance
Support upto 3Gbps writing speed using Acsaus NVMe Type C TB4 case. Can't be achieved using other cases. Max 1Gbps using those

Not support PCIe 3.0 laptop,
I have an Asus TUF Gaming A15 laptop (2021), which supports PCIe 3.0 only. In this product, it mentions ORICO 2TB NVMe SSD PCIe 4.0 support backward compatibility to PCIe 3.0. But my Laptop sometimes didn't detect this ORICO SSD, old SSD worked perfectly. I have multiple time re-install OS windows 11 but still same issue. Not sure how can I return this order.
