Years of ankle pain I have tried ever kind of brace imaginable. THis is different, the adition of the ice pack built in is a game changer! Not only does the support help but the ice is so soothing for the pain. I love this thing!

Between husband and wife, this thing is small. Maybe we have Sasquatch feet, but the comfort once this was on just wasn't there. It did provide cold compression, but perhaps we were expecting a cold, comfortable compress, which wasn't there with this.This ankle ice pack was Made in China and while it works, make sure you can return if it doesn't fit right! I also found that the air pump to add compression, while worked as described, needed to be almost entirely deflated to feel any comfort; had the overall ankle opening been larger, the air support may have been nice. For me - I found that a foot ice bath was been more comfortable and effective; when times that doesn't work, a flexible ice pack is preferred.

Provides good compression and coldness. Good value for money.

This is a really good product if you need to apply cold therapy to your ankle! Unlike most cold packs, this one uses inflatable bladders to push the cold packs against your ankle with some pressure, so you get even skin contact. It is easy to use and is made from high quality materials. My only complaint is that it is slightly on the smaller side, based on the description I was expecting it to be larger. But if you have small feet and ankle problems that require cold therapy treatment, this is an excellent product!

The support is very food and the cold pack helps with the pain caused by swelling.Would recommend.

This didn't fit. I typically look for sizing before selecting but liked the compression feature enough I figured it could fit larger ankles on wide feet. Sadly it didn't. It barely fit on a friend who's a size 11.5 wide in mens. I selected it because I have a tough time icing where the tounge of the shoe is. I've had bone spurs removed in the past and pretty much need TLC on long on-your-feet-days That was a disappointing aspect in reality it didn't have much mass of gel to provide cool for long. This would work well for small to medium ankles I bet.Also it came with an extra storage bag in the box not a super durable one but at least a bag. I appreciate to not have a foot thing touching frozen veggies.I've had an item change on me in the far past. I have Achilles tendinitis and plantar fasciitis and I could not love this product more! I have a million ice packs and ones that fit your entire foot with straps on it and it never fully compresses all of the areas I need without cutting off circulation somewhere.It’s relatively easy to put on and take off. I love that this one has two separate ice packs so I can customize exactly where I need the ice. But the compression is where it’s at. It’s amazing. You pump it up and it pushes in to keep the cold against your skin equally distributed.Highly recommend if you have foot issues!

I'm dealing with an Achilles tendon injury and need to ice often. I am loving this boot! The included ice packs velcro inside and are shaped to fit. The boot fits securely and stays in place. The attached air bulb then inflates the boot to push the ice packs right up next to all of my heel! I am able to fully and completely ice my whole ankle comfortably! Set even comes with a zip lock freezer bag to hold the ice gel packs so they don't absorb freezer odors and stay clean.
