amazing
I don't normally write reviews but felt I had to for this product.I've used the frother around twice a day for the best part of a year and can confirm that, up to now at least, it is brilliantly reliable. The end product is perfect milk for coffee every time. The frother attachment (whisk like steel ring) does produce an insane amount of froth, I usually use the one designed for just heating milk which conveniently results in just the right amount of froth for a latte. You can easily make two large lattes or probably 3-4 small ones.Cleaning the jug is easy, takes 10 seconds if done right away and simply consists of wiping out the inside. The price is also excellent considering what you're getting. I use this with a stove-top Moka pot which IMO gets me close to a barista quality coffee (obviously it would be improved with a good espresso machine), at £2-3 a pop for a latte from a shop I've definitely made my money back with this setup + a thermos! If you like to drink proper milk-based coffee and you are after a low cost / no hassle way of making it at home, then the Heska milk jug is well worth getting.

Perfect for at home frothy coffees
Since lockdown we have been missing our daily coffee shop frothy coffees. Had a couple of the handheld frothers over the years but this is much more effective. We chose it because of the good price and reviews. Easy to follow instructions, easy to clean and heats and froths the milk quickly. I use the minimum marker to make one cups worth of frothed milk so it's perfect for me.I haven't experienced any over flowing, difficulties in cleaning or anything like that. I love it and would recommend to anyone.

Be mindful before purchasing
The best thing about this item is that you can sort of semi whisk / froth up milk just using the blending device. However, if you’re thinking of whining and frothing milk, you cannot pour milk upto the maximum level. It must be at least between maximum and minimum levels, otherwise the milk overflows and creates a mess. Still, a good product, just can’t use it to it’s maximum capacity with creating a mess. Good luck.

I love this item
HESKA LARGE 500 ml Electric Milk Frother Silent Operation,Premium Stainless Steel Automatic Dual Function for Hot and Cold milk - Latte Cappuccino Milk Frother Machine - Latte Milk Frother Jug - Perfect for Latte & Cappuccino, Babyccino. Warmer For Hot And Cold Milk, Strix Temperature Controls, Non-Stick Coating, Milk Level IndicatorI love this item, it's easy to use and makes wonderful milky froth for coffee. Good solid construction which is good looking and is well made. The non- stick surface makes it easy to rinse and wipe out, This machine also lets you froth milk without heating which is great for a frothy milk shake and there is a stirrer which you can use in place of the frothing disc which lets you heat milk without frothing. I wish it could heat to a slightly hotter temperature but it is certainly adequate for most coffee drinkers.

Great for Lattes and Capaccinos!
Absolutely love this milk frother, much better than my last one (another brand, which packed up after 2 years). The main reason I love it is that it is bigger than most and will froth enough milk for 2 or 3 coffees in a go so much quicker to make drinks for everyone. It is easy to use - just press the blue button for hot, frothy milk but remember not to fill over the lower max mark as will overspill, as I found out! It produces lots of lovely frothed milk and is easy to clean with a cloth and hot soapy water. Really recommend it.

Poor froth and little heat, unfortunately
Had high hopes, but this just didn't work for me. Why: Poor frothing ability and low heat. Maybe this particular unit is dysfunctional because the reviews were good. The little froth produced (with the big whisk) deflated in seconds after pouring into coffee. I tried two kinds of non-dairy milk -- unsweetened and sweetened almond milk (with carageenan). I've used smaller sizer frothers with excellent results, and know that non-dairy milks containing sugar froth better than those without.I really liked the idea of a large frother so I could make two lattes at a time, but due to poor heat and froth on this, I'm going to go with a smaller unit.

Nice product
A really good, nicely designed frother. It works perfectly. The storage clip on the underside of the lid, for whichever of the two whisks is not currently on the drive shaft, may seem like a minor feature but it is very useful. Without this it would be only too easy to mislay a whisk, or even accidentally wash the small one down the plughole! The user instructions are clear enough, but do look like a translation that isn't quite right ("basic unit" should be "base unit" and "a few bits of water" should be "a few drops of water", for example. But don't let this deter you, I'm just picky. It's a good machine that's well worth the asking price.

Milk was frothy but only lukewarm
Mixed feeling for the milk frother. If you need something to froth milk it is ideal. It will froth milk really well with a reasonable capacity. When it comes to heating up milk it only heats to a lukewarm temperature. You will need to microwave the milk to get it to a better temperature. I tried to contact the seller but the customer service option was always busy and they didn't reply to my request of a call back. Possibly they were busy answering calls from buyers asking why the milk was only lukewarm.
