Fits snug, and met high school regulations
I got this for my son, who is doing his first year of high school wrestling. Overall, I wasn't sure how to shop for headgear, so anything we got was gonna be a roll of the dice. We picked this up, because it was a great bargain, plus if it turned out this wasn't any good, then we hadn't lost much money.I'm happy to report that it met whatever regulations were required at the high school level in Texas. My son reports that it's not uncomfortable, and it fits as expected.

Decent quality
My son has a large head so I was worried this wouldn't fit, even after I measured. It does and is even a little loose, which surprised me. It's decent quality although not as nice as some other brands we've used in the past, and is perhaps a tab bit softer and less sturdy, although that may be why it's also labeled for use with Jiu Jitsu, too? I just know from a wrestling standpoint it's not quite as sturdy. They do adjust easily however and I like that the chin strap is removeable. Overall they're pretty nice and a good option if you're in need of headgear quickly.

The chin part is very uncomfortable
My daughter started wrestling last spring, so I thought this Wrestling Headgear would be a great idea to have her be more protected. Her head circumference is 22 inches, which is at the higher end of the medium size. The rating, title, and the rest of this review is hers: It was hard to put on at first and the chin part was very uncomfortable. It squishes my face even after loosening it. It does protect my ears well though and doesn’t come undone. I will probably have to get used to the chin part, but I think this headgear is pretty helpful.

Head gear
I got this for my son that started wrestling. So far, he reports that it fits as expected, Velcro holds nicely, and it seems to cover his ears nicely.

Nice lightweight headgear.
This wrestling headgear feels sturdy and well made. It is light weight, and has padded straps and ear guards , and is very comfortable.
