I’ve been taking this for around 9 years. I go through times when I stop it, because it is suggested to do that once in a while. But it’s a good supplement and it shows up in weightlifting as well as other areas. I understand it works with the testosterone your body already produces to maximize benefits. It’s not going to make you bulked up or change your body composition much but it fortifies what’s already going on. People want fast results but it takes consistency and this supplement will help you over time, in small increments. (Sorry about that word, “small.” I was talking about incremental improvements, not body parts). Libido wise, well let’s just say, it keeps the home fires burning.

When I was younger I used to body build and most products that used boron had a minimal dose of 3 grams and a suggested maximum dose of 9 grams but this product only has 9 milligrams and it’s absolutely useless. It doesn’t do what it says it does
