It was looking as a Used Item, with lot of scrathches and oil stains

It was so worst in quality and appeared as if it is a Used Item, which resembled like some one used it and returned back. So worst in look. Also, the quality was so poor, absolutely different in colour and appearance from the one that we had seen in the picture.

The combination lock usually opens at 0000, which is the default factory settings of combination locks. This one doesn't and also nowhere is it mentioned.
