I recently bought the EEEKit 2-in-1 CD Slot Tablet Car Mount after noticing its universal compatibility, and it has truly impressed me! It worked so well in my 2008 Nissan Z grand touring that I cried for 3 hours straight in the car then went for the best drive of my life. It was 3AM and I saw the power of the LORD and the v6 engine. only 1/6th of this review is a lie but otherwise this product is truly excellent. for ...15 bucks? I sorted by lowest price since Im poor and what can I say...this literally went together, it looked particularly well made, easily installed, correctly fit in between the CD player during a basic quick late night install test... and it held together while I drove...I have a 1+ fold and I test the v6 basically at the same time as this is a new purchase and...it held...and I went to 8000 RPM and 80 to 100 miles per hour I probably could have adjusted the install better but this is a basic insert into CD player slice and twist. just twist the knob until it tightens up. Squeeze the phone/tablet into the opening and go. it's like auto close on a spring system so basically it pressure closes itself instead of any real type of ratchet/clamp etc and honestly isn't this simpler? lets see...I mean yea it was immeadiately exactly what I wanted after leaving my other one in the RS so what should I say right now? I have nothing else to add. It works exactly correct. haha.

No aguanta la tableta se cae con el peso

The CD mount definitely gets the job when you first get it, but over time (and I mean over several weeks of use) the weight of a tablet wore out all the joints and plastic on this. I was using an iPad mini and any bump in the road stressed out the two plastic pieces that sit in the CD player, which in turn made me worried it would effect my CD player. I found myself adjusting more and more often and ended up figuring out another solution for a tablet dashboard mount.

I needed a holder for my CarPlay device, as the holder it came with was not very functional in my car. I have a Toyota RAV4, the dash is textured and oddly shaped, so those suction cup holders do not work in my car. I could stick it to the windshield, but that keeps the device out of reach. This was perfect, the holder itself is small and compact so I don’t have a giant annoying contraption taking up my dash area. It held my device well and I was able to position it right over the car’s built-in control panel, which is right where I wanted it (though I could’ve made it higher by flipping it around). Overall, 10/10. Highly recommend.
