This is a really nice product. It has a light creamy taste that blends well with my morning cold brew coffee. My hair has begun to grow at a much faster rate and my keratosis Polaris has healed on my right arm. I know that good gut health shows through on your skin. Update: I wish I would have had a picture like this of the length of my hair before I started on this colostrum. My hair has just grown so healthy and gained so much length. I will definitely do an update in three more months and this time have a good side by side comparison.
