I started taking L-Carnitine around the beginning of this year as part of a pre-workout supplement routine I was following. So, you end up with 1000mg per serving, which is very standard to what I was taking previously.As far as performance goes, these seem to be working well for me so far. It’s hard to say whether this particular supplement has helped with increased energy by itself, because I take it with other supplements prior to my workout, which are also supposed to help with that. But, overall, I do feel like it is very similar to what I have come to expect from other brands I’ve tried.At the moment, I have no reason not to give these five stars. The quality appears to be just fine, and it seems like a pretty decent value for a 90-pill bottle. Part of the reason I chose this product is because I saw it was labeled as Made in the USA (although with ingredients sources worldwide), and because it was also labled as being manufactured in a GMP and FDA inspected facility.
