I use this on my counter as a fruit bowl. Holds the amount I want, The shape and color fits the aesthetic in my home and I have gotten compliments. It is sturdy and heavy, in a good way! I usually don't like things out on the counter, this is the only exception. Can't make a complaint on it at all.
