Great design
This yoghurt maker is so well made...love the insulation and inner lid. Would be great if there was one double the size...

Brilliant!
Absolutely LOVE this. Just used it for the first time. Prepped in the evening, wonderfully tasty yogurt in the morning. So much faster and cheaper than other brands (no need to buy sachets) as long as you have a little (80gm) of your own favourite yoghurt to serve as the starter. A big big thumbs up from me and my wife!!!

Great product
This is great although for some reason it took few goes before we were happy with what it produces. The Greek yoghurt straining thingy is not really any good but honestly the yoghurt is thick enough anyway. Great that it's not another electric gadget.

don't buy
Functionality: Please don't buy this product.Was misled by reviews.Inspite of using food thermometer for right temperature of milk, the yogurt turns out to be very semi solid, has a very weird texture, no taste like shop bought.Waste of time and money.Plus had to pay for return.

Doesn't retain the heat
Doesn't retain the heat as advertised. For things that ferment at room temperature then it's fine. I bought this trying to negate the purchasing of another bulky, electrical item, but ended up buying one anyway. This is a nice size and there was *some* fermentation but more like drinking yoghurt.

This is small, only 800ml maximum but doesn't look that big. There is no capacity mentioned in the details. Shame. Looks nice but far too small to be useful. Will return it.

I love this product and it has never failed me. I have made at least 5 tubs of yogurt from it. Simple apparatus with 100% results.

Suite à mon 1er essai de yaourt, j'ai fait chauffer du lait 2 mn à 800w au micro onde (lait à 48°), ajouté la moitié d'un yaourt. 1ère tournée parfaite ! Pour le kéfir, je ne mets pas le couvercle silicone, je laisse uniquement celui extérieur. Laisse passe suffisamment et bloque les moucherons. La passoire et le mélanger sont très pratiques, permets de mélanger 1 ou 2 fois et activer la fermentation durant les 24h d'attente.

Benutze ich für Kefir Hält auch im Winter ein paar Stunden die Wärme Das Sieb ist echt super. Ist auch super einfach zu reinigen

Lo mejor de todo no necesita electricidad, se hace el yogur muy bien, hoy mismo ha llegado y no he tardado en hacer el yogur, lo he dejado siete horas y ya estaba hecho, probado y muy suave, ya iré esperimentando más, es muy fácil de hacer, calentar la leche esperar 30' y ponerle 80g de yogur y introducir al envase térmico tapar y reposo. Habrá algún que otro truco para sea más espeso , no sé si es más tiempo o no ; pero cierto que en 7 horas ya está. He leído por otros comentarios para hacer yogures caseros si no salen con el espesor que queremos se puede agregar gelatina neutra o un espesante como agar.... Pero la verdad está muy bien este producto, sin cables y el riesgo de averías, etc; es calentar y punto. Escribo de nuevo, después de tres semanas de haber recibido el producto, estoy tan contenta con él que he pedido otro igual, pues nos quedamos cortos con uno y estaba todo el día haciendo yogur, así al tener dos agilizo más la tarea y podré tener yogur en todo momento, toda la familia está tomando yogur ya que sale muy bueno y es más sano. Por cierto para que salga con más consistencia es cuestión de añadir dos o tres cucharadas de leche en polvo , nada de gelatina ni agar, el truco está en ponerle a la leche antes de la fermentación esas cucharadas de en polvo y remover., después el fermento o el yogur y a reposar.
