Standard length of Cling film roll & aluminium foil is 31-32cms. How can they fit on this 30 cm wire rack?

Large aluminium rolls definitely fit

There is no blade in the product i recidved

simply click return or exchange... but the blade is useless for me as it is located at the bottom only and i am still trying to figure out why the manufacturer made it that way.

What is Grade of steel ?

Its a strong steel material. Quite durable and heavy.

Can this hold film roll with width 45 mm

i have no idea about the size. i guess it will hold the normal sized cling film that we get in the market. As for me, i am using the whole frame only for my huge cling film roll... the type that is used in the restaurants by placing it in the paper roll holder and pulling up without inserting the rods provided in any of the holder area .
