It's the best salt. I hoped I had found it years ago. I heard last year about the benefits of Celtic Salt in our bodies. I’m so glad I heard about it. I bought the fine and the coarse. Now, I cook with the fine salt and with the coarse I take some of the crystals under my tongue (about 2 or 3) I wait until it dissolves then I drink 4 oz of water all day long I repeat the steps until I have drunk enough water, since we need to drink 8 oz of water about 8 cups a day but I divide it by 4 oz and has helped me not go to the bathroom every time I drink water, and that’s only one of the benefits and you can get more. The taste is good. You don’t need a lot to salt the food you are cooking. I have a big family and this bag is enough for 3- 4 weeks depending how much cooking you do. Also I cook with the coarse so it’s your choice really. For baking I use the fine since the coarse takes longer to dissolve and you can fine crystals in your baking and is not pleasant haha. Oh and also if you put salt to your eggs better the fine one. Overall is the best salt and contains 3 magnesium that our body needs. I recommend it.

Expensive salt, but the best salt option. I can get numbers of the regular salt in any store for the price of this one bag, but quantity n quality are different. The salty taste in the celtic is really the minerals from the sea. We all are different, some people spend money hansomely on gadgets on homes (buildings) n on outward arrays....and thats cool. For me, i rather cheap or simple clothing, a regular good car, a simple good clean home etc but food is my medicine. That i dont compromise. Ive seen too many ppl n freinds die from diseases that couldve prevented. So i'll buy this salt
