I’m gonna be honest, the flavorless tastes like dirty sock water - but it works. I did switch to the flavored variants they have, and it’s worked out really well. I’ve stuck with this brand for 4 months now, and although I wouldn’t recommend flavorless unless you’re adding it together with something else - I would absolutely stick with Transparent Labs creatine + HMB - just get one of their flavored ones.

I’ve been using Transparent Labs Creatine HMB for a few weeks now, and I am absolutely blown away by the results! This creatine monohydrate powder is not only high-quality but also includes HMB, which has really helped improve my muscle growth, strength, and overall performance during workouts.The fact that it’s unflavored is a huge bonus, as it easily mixes with my protein shakes or just water without altering the taste. The powder dissolves quickly, and I never notice any gritty texture, which I’ve experienced with other creatine products in the past.

This creatine was recommended to me. Recently purchased, so I really cannot say its effect. However, the person recommending it said it has helped them building muscle. The value is good campared to others, and the strawberrry lemonade flavor has a good taste. I would recommend it.

I don't usually write reviews for supplements, because it's too difficult to verify efficacy. With this stuff, however, i've noticed some things in the two months i've used it: 1. My workouts continue longer, and i've got energy left to walk for an hour, with some sprints sprinkled in. 2. I'm 56, and for years have had little hair on my legs... But lately it's been coming back, which, along with my increased stamina, I take as proof that my testosterone has increased. (A suggested benefit of HMB taken with Creatine in studies). 3. I've seen more muscle growth than I have in the past, and the soreness only lasts a day or so. (for reference, I weight train 5 days a week at 3 sets of 4-6, with heavy weight, and eat adequate protein for my weight/age: ~125g day.)

This is the second time I’ve bought Transparent Labs Creatine HMB, and once again, the canister shows up looking like it’s already been raided. Seriously—why is it only 2/3 full? Are we just pretending this is normal now?For a product that markets itself as premium and "transparent," this packaging is anything but. I don’t care if it’s “sold by weight, not volume”—this feels like a straight-up ripoff. The container is huge, the powder is nowhere near the top, and you’re left wondering if you got shorted.As for performance? Meh. It's creatine—it works, but nothing magical here. The unflavored version tastes like chalk dust, and now every time I scoop it out, I’m reminded of how much empty space I paid for.Get it together, Transparent Labs. Either fill the tub or stop pretending your packaging isn’t misleading. Not worth the hype or the price.

Product works as advertised. Folks over at transparent are super helpful and will be my go to in the future.
