I bought this Milk Frother for my Fiancée for a Christmas present in Black Friday deals. So, by the time it came to using the product, it was too late to exchange the item with Amazon for another due to a fault with the product.So, got in touch with the Amazon Department of the Hazel Quinn company, and they were ever so helpful and polite!3 days later after contact, we have a new Milk Frother!As I'm writing this review, we are enjoying a lovely Mocha!The Milk Frother is a fantastic product. It arrived super fast , and it came in a really fancy Retro box . The frother itself is a lovely addition to my kitchen worktop , it produces really hot and fluffy milk ideal for a cappuccino. Would highly recommend this item .

I received this for Christmas and loved it. It worked well and was easy to clean. Quite expensive but solid. However, we lost the small whisk attachment about 2 weeks later and contacted the seller who could not replace the whisk. They offered to sell me a new one!!! So this brand new machine has to go to landfill! It is useless without the whisk. Very disappointing.

This is a stunning piece of kit and I love it in my kitchen. It has also changed my coffee game hugely. That said it does not work correctly and regardless of the foam or heat option you just get the same one each time. Also it doesn't stop and I have to judge it myself.

Having owned a Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser previously, this frother has made me realise how bad it actually was. No non-stick coating to peel off. You can actually thoroughly clean it in the dishwasher. Most importantly it actually makes HOT hot chocolate! Unlike the lukewarm Velvetiser, this frother produces a hot creamy drink with a thick foam on top. You may look at the cost of this frother as very high, but compared to the over hyped Hotel Chocolat version, this is an absolute bargain. It also fits in very well with KitchenAid appliances aesthetically. Really pleased with my purchase.

Wonderful at frothing milk and making hot chocolate, until I began to smell burning and hearing a grinding noise. I cleaned it according to instructions but then it started burning the milk. I set it back after 20 days.

Works wonders for frothy coffee. Occasionally it made more noise but that was just because I hadn't pushed the whisk back on to the spindle correctly. I love that it heats the milk too.
