I have been working out since January 16th. I was 71 kgs & remained constant despite of intense workout 4 days a week, I couldn't get rid off my fats. I was around 70.65 in April 3rd, I took this since April 10th and since then I have lost weight faster. This morning I checked my weight it was 68.75. So yes, it did work for me, but I also did little changes in my diet (rice), now I mostly eat half of what I used to and I still workout 4 days a week at gym for around 90 minutes each session. I'm taking one tablet after before workout with coffee and second tablet after lunch or brunch. It'd have been better if each capsule was around 1000mg.
