Very good and effective medicine if you have vitamin b12 and vitamin D deficiency

One of the good products I came across. Great packaging for safe keepig and understand the product really delivered great results. Within i week of consumption, observed a great relief and sense of self healing in addition to high energy levels with min downtime. Can be a good supplement for maximized immunity against covid2019. Bit costly, but the results make it worth, hope the company improves quantity of each pack from 30 to 60 for same price. Highly recommended.

Hello. I purchased this in a hurry but here's the thing. This contains about 1500MCG of methylcobalamin. And it says that you should eat one daily. Now that's a lot! The recommendation in every researched vegan forum is taking 2 pills of 1000MCG per week. Coming to the main concern, b12 is recommended only in the cyanocobalamin form because the body can synthetize it in the two active forms (methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin). This comes with just methylcobalamin but the second form adenosylcobalamin is equally important. Please research and get the supplement that has cyanocobalamin.

It's really good , i m using from past two months , I had past record of muscles pains due to vitamin b12 and vitamin C but now I m fit , i can lift weight Without muscles pain . U can use for 3 months continuously not more than that .

The best, a few months in my d3 and b12 numbers are 43 ng/ml and 1662 pg/ml. Levels 30 and above for d3 are considered sufficient and as for b12 anything in the range of 211-911. Since mine way above plan to cut it down to 1 capsule every 2 days

I have just finished using a bottle (30 servings). I don't know if i have a deficiency but my vitamin D is usually on the lower side & I recently turned vegan, so i took these as a precaution. My nutritionist has also given this her stamp of approval. I haven't experienced any side effects so dont see any harm in popping one of these after breakfast just as I would with a multivitamin. In fact I am about to order a 2nd bottle. ps: one star less because of how costly it is!
