Started but not able to see the result though . 15 days over now . Though quality is good and soluble in water , also easy on the stomach . Skin health no effect. No idea about value for money .

Must say a fantastic innovation for multivitamins intake. My whole family takes and enjoy this form. Initially bought it for my grandparents as they find it hard to swallow tablet form multivitamin. Now they enjoy taking it as juice drink infact before it gets over they ask me to replenish it for them unlike the tablets multivitamin. It has sugar in it but one can add more water to adjust the sweetness as per liking. It has all essential daily intake vitamins in it. P.S consume it soonest possible otherwise stir it and consume as the particles get accumulated at the bottom.

Taste wise it's good. Beetroot color and has light beetroot powder. In terms of nutrients coverage I would say it might cover 20 percent your daily need and not all the essentials are included. Sugar is there. Better take 2 daily. I prefer two at a time gives double taste. I have mostly given up cool drinks. When ever I want to drink am using fast&up with cold water. Its a better alternative. But the price is on the higher side
