xTool F1 Ultra Conveyor, only Suitable for xTool F1 Ultra 20W Fiber & Diode Dual Laser Engraver

The conveyor has been one of my favorite accessories thus far. It’s easy to use, makes batch prints quick, and is really efficient. I tested the conveyor with a jig I purchased and I was really surprised at how quick and accurate the F1U was at detecting various shapes. I set up the first item in the XCS software and the machine and conveyor take care of the rest. I really like how it connects to the F1U which ensures it won’t shift as I’m loading and unloading items. Though more expensive than a jig, I’d say this is a great item to have and will assist with a variety of items unlike a jig.

I have had good success with long items on this, I had one issue and Xtool support was very helpful. For multiple items with multiple components the software still needs work. I created coasters and it would work for me unless I only had one object in design. But long items it works like a charm.

Does not work with I pad or phone. They want you to think it does but it does not. The customer support asks you to send a video wasting more of your time when they know good and well that it does not function with an I pad or phone. Supposedly work with a computer but I wouldn’t know as it burn a hole in the conveyor belt. Why waste people’s time when you know these things don’t function as advertised. Even has a conveyor belt button on the app that does not function. Wasted 2 whole days trying to figure this out only to realize it never worked right in the first place. Customer service was horrible for such a large ticket item.

I've had mixed results with the batch processing using the conveyor. For the most part it is accurate, doesn't work well with shiny materials or odd shapes. Sometimes the alignment isn't perfect. If you are a perfectionist about things being centered your better off using a jig.

This item works well but the belt is really susceptible to the laser. If the machine is off by even a little bit it will melt into the belt.

This is a must have item to go with the F1 Ultra
