The cot itself is madeup of pure compressed wood.. Which is not plywood and i guess its better than plywood.. Its sturdy enough and looks aesthetically good.. The installation was a breeze.. But the life of the product is doubtful because of its engineering and the wood used.. Nvr should u pour water or any liquids in it as the wood can get soaked and will loose its rigidity.. If handled with care and due respect i.e without jumping on the cot. It can last for a while.. Mayb 8 or 9 years.. At this price can't complain.. I use a springtek pocketed sprung mattess of queen size with the bed and is totally worth the price!

Delivery:Timely delivery (though they refused to bring it up to the third floor saying company policy only says ground floor). No damages.Installation:Timely installation. Feels solid (the installation guy even asked me to climb over the bed and walk around for my satisfaction).Overall:It seems to me that it is a fine buy at this price especially for those who are not sure they will stay at the same place for a long time. The finish is good and until some issues come up with usage, I will recommend you to buy it.

My merchant was "VECARE FURNITURE ACCOUNT"!!! which was so horrendous from a merchant that i lost the complete faith on amazon. After purchasing from a dreadful and horrible merchant the behavior from the installation man so awful, he shouted with me and my family and he just left my house without even installing this product. Till date the product is not installed yet its been 11 long days still its not been rescheduled yet!!!! i am not expecting such a horrible service from a world class online market!!!!!!!!

The Product is very good & I am satisfied that the BED looks strong than expected. The service technician was also very skilled & fixed it very smooth. Installation was perfect & excellent. The product as described by seller was delivered on time & perfect. Thanks.

Received a cracked piece. Spent a complete week to get it replaced. Very pathetic CS agent from Amazon. This is the first time I have dealt with such unprofessional cs agent.Bed is so so. Look is good.The upper laminate is not that thick, it's just a sticker kindda laminate.Sturdiness is not that good although it come with a metal beam middle support.It make noise when you sit or get up or when you change position while sleeping.Bed doses not give any confidence of Studness. I am using it for almost a week, feared it will loosen up and start making noise within few months.Minding the price of the product it's neither bad or good.4.5/10

You have to tighten the screws once in a while or it starts creaking. It's going strong after 5 years

This queen sized bed is extremely well priced.i got it for 5600 in the great Indian festival sale. It is definitely worth the 7k price tag. The wooden elements fit perfectly. All the parts are neatly delivered.My executive who assembled the product took just 45 minutes to get the whole thing done. I was amazed. Free installation. What else!! If you're looking for a cheap option to settle in a new town.. read Bangalore.. go for this.

I bought this bed for my kids in Oct 2020. It seemed good but broken now. The support bar is broken while the kids were sitting on it. Luckily no one is hurt. It is supposed to have 36 months warranty. I am not getting any service support for this, not able to contact the seller. Want Amazon to help.
