Slipping if you tight or leaking if you keep little loose
It’s slipping if you tight. Or it’s leaking if you don’t tighten. Better to purchase whole item made of metal.. it’s not because of Teflon tape but washer inside..

Works fine.
It has fit quite well in my Whirlpool washing machine water inlet and working fine so far. Though I would suggest making the quality of the rubber washer a bit better.
