Purchased this for the Fourth of July, absolutely loved it. It worked perfect perfectly. Kept everything a great temperature, everyone was raving! Set up an instructions are easy to understand, the glass panels and the metal had protective layers on it so everything felt very high end and durable. I got it while it was on sale and I’m so glad I did! We have a big family so I’ll definitely get a lot of use out of this especially birthday parties and the summer

Works exactly as it should. Only complaint is that the rolls get soggy if left in too long, but really, who didn’t see that coming. Absolutely love it! Use it for our horse shows and everyone was very happy with how they cooked and made it super simple compared to using a crockpot. Plus it holds a ton. And we could do hot dogs on one side and sausages on the other instead of mixing them.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Forced to give 1 star, but this product and its manufacturer is not deserving of even that. Purchased two of these plus extended warranties on August 11, 2025. Put one into service immediately and held the other as a backup. Hot dog steamers in general have fairly short lives these days because the components are extremely low quality and just don't last like they did 10, 20 years ago, but I've never encountered a combination of product/support this bad. The first quit working on Sept. 28. The extended warranty did not apply, because there was still a factory warranty in place. I've been in constant contact with Vevor customer service ever since. They repeatedly ask for photos, claim they will send a part, never send a part, then ask for more photos, claim they will send a different part, never follow through... I'll be waiting for them to respond and they send an email saying if they don't hear from me, they will close the ticket. I email them and the process starts all over. This has been going on since Sept. 29 with no end in sight. I put the second machine in service on Sept. 29. It stopped working on Oct. 26. I immediately notified Vevor that the second machine had also quit working. They are sorry for the inconvenience, but continue to do nothing to resolve the issue other than send more emails. Any reputable company would have simply replaced the units, not drag out an extended, useless and frustrating dialog over email. The fact that they claim they are going to send me parts and want me to repair the machine is ridiculous for a brand new purchase as well. The product quality is VERY poor. The customer service response is beyond abysmal. I cannot stress enough not to purchase this product.

Purchased for a fundraiser, easy assembly. Heats up quickly. Perfect for our event! Great value! Would definitely recommend for gatherings or events.

This is the second steamer I have bought. The first one lasted over 3 years. Which is pretty good for the price. We use it 6 days a week about 10 hours a day at my restaurant. Only thing to beware it the drain. Instead of turning it evert night since that makes it weak we got a screw in drain. So we don't have to twist the handle. It's very easy to clean. It's pretty lightweight.

Worked great. Easy to clean and all guest loved the hotdog. We cooked beef dogs and smoked sausage. Big hit for our 70's party. We had about 40 guest for the party and we cooked about 25 dogs at a time.

Works well.. especially the automatic on / off feature to maintain a set temperature

NOT recommended. Stopped workign after 1 month. No technical support / material for trouble shooting
