D3 softgels which are easy to consume as they are not too big. Packaging received was good and the product was in a proper sealed condition 👍🏼

Very good and effective, a preferred supplement for Vit d deficiency. Coconut oil carrier makes it more absorbable.

Works well. I took a blood test before starting and again after 2 weeks of daily intake and my Vit D increased from 56 to 87ng/ml. I take it during the day with coconut milk or nuts so it has some extra fat for best absorption.

STICKY CAPSULES The softgel version is sticky.Ihad to through away the last one.The present one I shake every day for use. I have been using the earlier version for past 4 years.When contacted today I didn't get any satisfactory response.

Great quality product. Especially since it contains coconut oil which is very important since Vitamin D3 is fat soluble. The bioavailability is good. My Vitamin D reading went from 16 to 46 in a month.

I and my family members have been using this capsule from the past 3 years and it has been good but after they introduced the synthetic sunrise colour the capsule has been tasting weirdly and I have not seen any improvements in my body since then, the capsules are also tasting a bit weird and the capsule stick to each other which is very irritating I request the company to bring back to old capsule or we have to shift to other company for buying the capsulea .please bring back the old transparent type capsule with coconut content in it. Of course the sunrise synthetic color is going to give some allergy and side effects on the long run.

Vitamin D levels improved significantly in nearly 2 months, however, my LDL increased too? Is it due to the coconut oil? Better check your blood report after 2 months. Would suggest the manufacturer to use olive oil instead of coconut oil.
