There are two similar bowls.Blades are detachable.u can use either.Two bolws are provided so that u can chop two different items in different bowls instead of washing a bowl and then again using it for another

How many blades it have,two blades or just single blade

It has two single sided blades at different heights. Compared to this mixer grinders normally have two blades with 2 sides each. The picture of the blades can be seen in the Amazon site.
