I thought this was going to be a gimmick from TikTok but it is SO sharp! I have a bread knife that absolutely squashes my sourdough loaves but this cuts through with ease and without squishing my loaves. My only issue is the length of the knife as it makes it difficult to cut a really wide loaf. Otherwise, it is amazing!

This is a great knife. Comes out of the box very sharp. It’s sturdy, works as intended, perfectly sized even for the smaller hands in the household. I appreciate that it’s not cheap plastic but it’s also not flashy. I’d say for the price and what you get, you’re not gonna find anything better unless you are literally a baker who needs comfort long-term. I’m happy with this product.
