There is no hole in the spout.. How to make one?

First there is no hole in the soft spout, there is a cut. Put water in the cup turn upside down press spout with ur thumb and finger u will see water come out of the spout. Dont forget to remove the cap. When kid presses lips water comes out. With avent there should be no problems as such. Thanks

Nice Product, package not good

Very disappointed with pakage although it's a good product. The sipper came opened in Amazon's box. No cover or box was there inside. Since it's a baby product it should come covered at least with poly cover.
