Good Product, however leaves a residue behind
Good product, however it leaves a powdery residue behind. Dont know what it is. Would be great if the manufacturer would explain what it is. Ibwould surely reorder once I get clarification on the residue.

Not bad but still not very sticky brown sugar as expected. Mildly flavoured.

Tastes cinnamon not brown sugar..
There is an overpowering taste of cinnamon and hardly any taste of brown sugar. Moreover there is an after taste of sugar which doesn’t feel good on the palette .. speaks of cheap quality chemical sugar. Definitely not worth the money.

This is a product of real quality and both the aroma and taste are exemplary. The re-usable jar is also a delightful bonus. However, anyone familiar with the study of fluid dynamics (might seem odd when referring to sugar crystals and cinnamon powder but it is relevant) will be aware of the tendency of the crystals and powder to settle out from each other. When you first open the jar, the the first spoonful is primarily of cinnamon. So, some deft mixing is needed to get a good mix of the sugar and cinnamon. It is definitely worth the effort as the result is both subtle and delicious. It's wonderful on eggy bread or porridge; its versatility is only limited by your culinary imagination. Definitely one for repeat purchasing.

The sugar smells lovely, has a really cinnamon smell which is beautiful, however you can't use it in tea as its gets really gloopy. However it is okay in hot chocolate. It also isn't sweet whatsoever which is such a let down. Not really worth the money.
