Omg
Never thought breads, pavs and buns cud taste so yummy after toasting.. this toaster is a gem in the kitchen.. trust me great quality.. breads are toasting evenly from all sides and the grill rack and its function is icing on d cake in a toaster.. its amazing.. yes one short side it doesn't pop up the bread (grill rack version) but since u can actually toast 4 at once in grill rack and hence u dont need the pop up feature i wud say .. this is better than those pop up Toaster .. infact i had Philips pop up version worked for years (the other one in this product list) and this grilling version is infact better..

Zero Customer Support
Product worked fine the first few times and then stopped working. I have been trying to resolve the issue by contacting Phillips, but they are just not taking action. I call every 2-3 days and nothing. If you want a product that has any customer support, then don't buy from Phillips.

No pop up function
The toaster seems good but no pop up function... How do I take out the bread after toasting... Even after replacement, same issue with another unit. So it seems the problem with this variety of toaster

Good product
There are only few electronic companies which produces quality products. Phillips is one among them. Bought an year or 1½ yrs ago, running smoothly till today. No complaints
