Very bad product.
Although I had to return this product because I received a broken piece,but yet I'm writing this review so that I can share my experience. The cord length is very short,the grill plates are are so small in size,only 1 sandwich can be grilled if you're using proper sandwich breads. Earlier I had ordered another sandwich maker of this same brand which was equally bad product,it didn't have grill plates but normal sandwich plates. The heating was so bad that half of the bread sides didn't get toasted/fried properly. This is a very substandard quality product . The price is low and the product is low quality too. So don't buy this item.

Still going on after five months.
We got the product broken and defective from the package. The item was replaced with a new one and we are satisfied with the item. Cord length is bit small. It seems the paint are going off after several usage. Clean with sponge and soft material .
