My son lent me one of these wheels for back pain and I loved it. This set is great. The large wheel is a lighter stretch - the smaller a bit deeper. The surface has some cushion and a groove for your spine. Very helpful for stretching and soothing.

These work so great for my daughter who does competitive dance she rolls on them and gets the back pops that she needs and really gets the stretch out of her back. I highly recommend this product.

This is cheaper then the Chirp wheel with the same quality. If you have an HSA you can buy this with your HSA. Cracks my back really well. I had lower back problem for weeks and this has helped tremendously . Very easy to use.

So they are really high quality in terms of the material and build. I love that they are space saving too since they fit inside each other. I’m not sure how well they work at actual pain relief. They can be a little painful to use and hard to get started on. Although I do feel like they do a good job stretching my back muscles.

Highly recommend these back rollers. Great quality and value. After purchasing these for me, I ended up get all 3 of my daughters a set for Christmas and they all use it in a regular basis to relieve back pain. Love these!
