I have been using this Philips Stainless Steel for more than 2 years, and it is still working perfectly without any issues. The build quality is solid and the iron feels sturdy and durable. The stainless steel soleplate heats evenly and glides smoothly on most fabrics like cotton, linen, and denim. Because it is slightly heavyweight, it presses clothes well and removes stubborn wrinkles without needing too many passes. The heating is quick and temperature control works accurately for different fabric types. I have not faced any problems like uneven heating, electric shocks, or overheating during regular use. The iron has also been reliable for daily household ironing. The wire length is decent and gives enough flexibility while ironing. It is simple to use, easy to maintain, and does not require any special care. Since it is a dry iron, there are no water leakage or steam-related issues. Cons: Being heavyweight, it may feel a bit tiring for long ironing sessions No steam function (expected at this price, but worth mentioning) This iron offers excellent durability, consistent performance, and good value for money. If you are looking for a reliable dry iron for long-term use, this is a solid choice.

Very good product. It is heavier than expected. It will be better if Power (watt) be more than 1000 watt.

Very disappointing experience. We didn’t even get a chance to use the product—plugging it in immediately caused a short circuit. Customer care initially assured us a refund would be issued and even told us to discard the product. Despite multiple follow-ups over several days, the refund never came. Each time, we had to repeat the entire story and were passed to the “specialist team,” who kept making false promises. The worst part was the final interaction with a specialist named Armaan, who was extremely rude, disrespectful, and spoke as if we were at fault. Instead of resolving a simple issue, this turned into days of wasted time, energy, and frustration. For such a basic product issue, this should have been resolved immediately. I expect strict action regarding the unprofessional behavior and either a full refund or a replacement for a product that was defective from the start.

Today, I received the delivery of a Philips iron. After checking it, the iron looks good, but the temperature dial is not turning properly at level 3. It works well at temperature levels 1 and 2 only. It is shared send video this. I would like to request an exchange for a new iron.
