This bicycle arrived packed well and was 75 percent assembled. The rest (front wheel, handle bars, peddles) was easy to put together. This bike has all the options (disc brakes, full suspension, 21 speed, shimmono derailer). There was a problem with the front suspension not compressing. I contacted ShiDu Sales and they were great to work with. The problem was resolved with not a lot of effort and I felt I was treated fairly.

I didn't get to ride it much before someone vandalized it. I did ride well, and the disc brakes were great. I'll never go back to caliper brakes. But I was a bit upset that they recommended that you not use certain gears. (The chain fell off when I used one of them.) That technically reduces the number of gears available - which I paid for! Improve your transmission (Hello, Shimano?) so we get all of the gears that we paid for.

I love the look of this bike! I got the black with blue trim, I love it! I ride my bike to the gym every morning, it rides and feels great, shifts well, im getting used to the disk brake as I've never had them before, but this is a great bike at a great price! You'll be happy you purchased this bike!

I had to take the rim to get fixed before my son could ride it. The rim was bent pretty bad. The rest of the bike was great and has been good for my teenage son.

Got this bike a few weeks ago, it was easy to assemble, came 85% put together, all I needed to do was put the front wheel on, handle bars and the few reflectors. The problem I ran into was the gearing was not properly adjusted, it did not seem tested before it was shipped to me.. in the instructions it says it comes pre-adjusted, that is not true. I spent a full week trying to adjust it and had to eventually bring it to a bike shop and spend extra to get it right.. I would recommend this but make sure you know someone who can adjust it properly.

Our kiddo needed a new bike and he LOVED how this one looked. IF you just want to look at it - this is the one for you! But, if you want to ride it, like he does, choose something else!! 1. This is a HEAVY bike! Our other bikes from wal-mart are half the weight. 2. The gears worked for the 1st week and then they either wouldnt shift or they would not grab and keep skipping or the chain would pop off. 3. We tried adjusting the derailers by watching the video but the adjustments wouldn't hold and they went back to slipping, skipping and popping off. 4. We reached out to the company to ask for replacement parts and they suggested we try to make adjustments to the detailer. We tried 2 more times. Each time the bike would work for a few minutes but then the adjustments moved and we were back to the same old thing. 5. We have since reached out to the company 2 more times explaining what we did, sent them videos to prove what we were saying was actually happening and they have since ghosted us. I would say customer service is poor but it is non existant! The 1 star is for the bike looking cool... other than that DO NOT BUY THIS!!

Used 1 bit... As one review mentionned, adjust the bearing. The wheel were quite straight consudering the gap with disc brakes very narrow. Package ok considering it came till central America without damage. Pretty light and confortable. Good value so far

I Purchased this bike, and I’m very satisfied with its performance. The suspension is truly comfortable and feels high-quality, making every ride much more enjoyable. However, what I really want to highlight is the exceptional customer service I received. Initially, the bike I received had a factory defect—one of the suspension screws broke. When I contacted them, they immediately understood the situation. They tried to send me replacement screws, but unfortunately, they didn’t have them in stock. After reaching out to the bike manufacturer, they found out the screws were no longer in production. Instead of leaving me with no solution, the store went above and beyond by sending me an entirely new bike. This level of responsibility and dedication to customer satisfaction is truly admirable. The new bike I received has been perfect—I’ve been using it for some time now, and it hasn’t given me a single issue. I highly recommend this store, not only for the quality of their products but also for their excellent service and commitment to their customers. They truly deserve a 5-star rating!
