This clothes rack is very sturdy and extends to hold a king-size comforter or blanket ( it doesn't have to be extended, if you don't want it to be). It also hold many clothes with no problem. The brackets at the bottom of the legs prevent the clothes rack from falling over in windy situations. I've tried it on both grass and my patio - no problem. Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to set up and take down. It is a little heavier than some other racks on the market, but I like that this one is pretty sturdy. I used to have a clothesline strung between two trees in my back yard, but I didn't like how that looked when not in use, so this clothes rack is perfect since it's portable. It folds up nicely to store in my garage and doesn't take up much space when not in use. I don't leave it up when not in use. I was looking for an alternative to a permanent clotheslines and this is it.

I love the attachments that come with the rack to dry shoes and other items. Will not rust and sturdy and if I set it up outdoors, there are anchors that fold down at the feet that hold the rack from tipping over. This is the best clothesline for so many reasons. The quality of the design is so well thought out that this stands up to high winds as well as different direction winds. I have not had to use the extra supports made for high winds and that has surprised me. I love the versatility that enables me to make it smaller or larger as well as the ability to fold it up for storage to hide it when I am not using it. It is lightweight and yet strong. Depending on the way I use the clips and the hooks that I purchased in addition to the ones that come with the clothesline, I can fit different size blankets, bedspreads and clothing items. I also use my wood clips and store them on the frame. They stabilize the blankets and the bedspreads and other items that I lay over the frame rods. I also purchased stronger pins/clips (Foshine 24 Pack ClothesPins) and more of the clips used for hangars because I use those as hooks at the edges of the top bars. When they point upward they work very well as hooks.

The only thing wrong was when we put on one of the black feet it split but still went on.

The drying rack is great to dry sheets and blankets. The material is light enough for me to unfold and fold by myself. But also durable enough to withstand the occasional bumping and boy stampede. It is easy to store, although you need to be careful with the hinges. They are pretty sharp and require a bit of pushing to hinge and unhinge. Take a bit of time to read the manual to make sure you are folding it correctly because the legs are sturdy, but also very flexible. I have not used it outside or on a windy day yet, but I dont think it will have a problem standing up to some mild wind. I thought it didn't hold a lot before, but with the accessories, this could double as a hanger in some people's closets. It holds a lot of clothes and I LOVE the shor drying racks. They are fabulous.

The drying rack is strong enough to hold up heavy comforters to dry and the legs are quite sturdy with the supports down. This rack has not fallen over in strong winds despite our other drying racks falling over. I'm happy that it is stainless steel and will not rust so hopefully it will last a long time. I would prefer that the bars were a little thicker and less wobbly when it is fully extended but this has not detracted from its ability to hold things so far.

Looks sturdy, just wish the edges especially around the hinges and the wind stability feet were a bit smoother. I feel if I don’t put on gloves when trying to close I could get cut.

This excellent product is exactly what I needed for bedding outside in the sun. I had bought another rack from another company which was flimsy and kept falling over. This one is very sturdy and can be unfolded to accommodate king-size comforter or blanket. The feet at the base of the stand prevent the drying rack from tipping over in windy conditions. I've tried it on both the lawn and the patio, and it works perfectly. I no longer have any concerns drying large items! Plus, It's also very easy to assemble and disassemble. It is highly recommended!
