The awarding of 3 Stars is not a reflection of the Product's quality or packing, both of which are top notch, BUT WHAT FUNCTIONS/FEATURES THE FAUCET OUGHT TO HAVE HAD to justify a "On sale price" of Rs.999/-, BUT DID NOT HAVE, summarised as under: A) The absence of a Pressure flow regulator rather than the default fixed water pressure flow which was something I found astounding since recognised Brands costing half the price incorporate this feature. It is a simple feature which regulates the water pressure from the faucet Lever/handle. The more one presses down, the greater the water pressure and vice -versa. This function is most beneficial for ALL AGES especially the young,old and infirm. B) The Spray Aerator should have had a three position click ring designed around it, wherein three different patterns of water flow could be selected and thereby set i) single directional flow ii) wide spray and iii) the Company's default spray. This would not only have made the faucet multi-functional in application (reaching those troublesome areas of a WC which need a single directional flow at full pressure) but also able to set to suit an individual's comfort level. C) The Lever and Aerator are of the same Black colour. I feel that the Aerator could have been an off-white colour while retaining the black colour of the Lever since its the most prominent identifiable usable part of the faucet. It would also have been a plus-point if the Lever were phosphorescence which would glow in the dark. D) An additional set of Replacables could have been included because one would have to search high and low for proprietary spares as rubber washers, filters etc. only to find it's availability non existent or cost prohibitive. 2. The second option would be to buy a Health faucet costing Rs.500/- use till unusable, throw away and buy a new set. In calculation a person would get two for the cost of this one AND presumably their combined actual usage-life span spread over a greater period of time rather than one may get for the purchase of a single Faucet costing Rs.999/-(on sale). 3. However, the greatest test of a Product's durability is TIME, which cannot predict or evaluated since there are a number of factors contributing to a Product's failure/unusability which differ from place to place, family to family and region to region such as the TDS, handling, amount of regular usage etc..

Worst product in such high price, reason is the way it sprays the water. It’s very poorly designed and not suitable for jet spray. The flow is very spread and not targeted.
