Freeman's 15m/50ft fiberglass tape is really value for money.One side of the tape has marking in metre and another side is marked in feet.Tape dispenser area is enclosed in stainless steel and also the hook which attached in front of the tape is also made out of steel.A metal ring surrounding the tape dispenser gives additional sturdyness. Winding handle mechanism is made out of plastic, but it is of good quality.Fiberglass is used in the tape to increase it's strength. Letter printing quality is good and I hope it will last for sometime.So if you need a measuring tape at a good pricepoint then look no further, consider this one. You will not regret, trust me.

Good things: Construction of the main assembly looks solid. Accuracy is good. The tape itself seems to be of very good material. The roll out mechanism feels quite good and solid.What could be better: The handle for is connected on a metal pin. That is keeps coming out a little bit every now and then. Have had to move it back in place several times. The thin rods (plastic covered) at the opening where the tape comes out have worn out a bit, within a month. Not sure if this is a long term issue.Update: The thing came out and the handle has dropped off. The company has no response. The listed phone number doesn't work.Update: Not happy now. The thing is basically useless.Update: Someone from quality department in the company responded and replaced the product (or fixed it. I can't tell). I am impressed.If there is an add-on of a handheld motor that can smoothly roll the tape in, that would be a good thing.
