Excellent salad dressing
Prosecco is my favourite kind of bubbly, and I am glad I stumbled onto this vinegar while looking for options. Goes extremely well with vegetables, and is flavourful (especially in combination with olive oil). Amazon package comes well packed, and bottle opening is classic Italian ... makes it easy to pour without spilling and in small quantities.
