Doesn't actually serve the purpose
While the product is great, it's only good as a luggage tag without anything written/printed inside it. The cover is thick and soft and that where the problem lies. When you put something inside, it's really hard to read anything from outside as the cover is so thick and translucent. The cover is not transparent so the may not help in easy identification with multiple luggage with same tags. Product quality is great but at the end it will not be useful as expected.
