Sweet - without the guilt!
Skinny Food Syrups have become regular in my kitchen cupboard.. Their syrups are thinner than ‘real’ syrups, as you might expect, but they taste good and, of course, keeps the calorie count at zero. They’re good in porridge, and equally nice swirled into yogurt or poured over pancakes. I’ve also started using them in baking - making low-sugar granola and biscuits, where they and favour and moisture without sabotaging the day’s numbers. If you’re on a calorie-controlled diet but still crave something sweet and syrupy, these are a good option. That said, as with all ‘low-cal’, diet or zero sugar foods, manage your expectations. These are honestly really good, but if you expect it to taste exactly like maple syrup you may be disappointed.

HONEST REVIEW,HAVE AN OPEN MIND...
Warning, may trigger the KETO POLICE but hear me out if you are someone who is doing Keto and LOW Carb to loose weight this is totally OKAY on Keto and Low Carb there I said it.... NO its NOT GOING TO TASTE LIKE REAL SUGAR or REAL MAPLE SYRUP but if you are someone like me who was addicted to eating Carbs,Chocolate and Cakes and would treat everyday like a cheat day then I would say hey, this is pretty alright when you haven't had sweets or sugar for months this can just kinda hit that sweet spot, put over Chaffles or Poffles (pork rind chaffles) it can make for a satisfying treat. I would say that ignore what KETO POLICE OR LOW CARB PURISTS say about certain things, if you don't have allergy to it, if it has no or low carbs and doesn't make you feel like rubbish and it helps you to not binge eat on chocolate and junk food I say go for it if it fits your macros. Keto and LOW Carb is not a one size fits all. Some people drink gallons of fizzy drink on Keto and still have sucess on weight loss. I personally like it, but then again I don't have it often so when I have it for me it tastes like salted caramel and maple syrup. Also those who say it taste of chemicals... but doesn't a lot of junk food have chemicals in them as well? My point is neither is healthy but will help you on your weight loss journey.

I bought these among other flavours for my mam who cant eat more than 1% fat per meal due to gallbladder issues, the peanut butter was utterly inedible, we read the reviews and decided to risk it as you never know, but the peanut butter one, no one in the house could stomach, it seems to produce a gag reflex as soon as it hits the back of my throat its that nasty and I honestly dont dislike alot of things. The salted caramel on the other hand was a very pleasant surprise! Its tasty, sweet, possibly a little watery in flavour but only if you are used to heavy syrup sauces, I`m a big sugar eater and ive found myself stealing some from the fridge because its so nice. Its great in yoghurt, ice cream, etc, its not very thick but not too watery either, one word of warning though, it does squirt out of the bottle very fast in large amounts so be careful with that. The peanut butter one is sadly nothing like peanut butter its thin, not something for toast, more something for a topping sauce i guess but it tastes so disgusting we cant give it away!

Bad
I am really not a fussy person, & usually like everything. I’m currently on my Keto diet and this time decided, because of sweet cravings, to buy these syrups for my iced coffees. However I wish I hadn’t. First of all it does state they are syrups so of course they are runny, but these squirt so much out at once there is no control, I don’t really understand why they are even in this packaging. But also the taste is really really artificial. I will stick to sweeteners because I don’t look forward to tasting or using these syrups sadly.

Just squirt in mouth and hunger pang solved, gives you enough happiness and motivation to wait for the next meal to help avoid eating something unplanned. Excellent flavour, delicious, no aftertaste, no sugar crash.
