I am 52 years old. I thought I would try this to exercising. And this stuff is great. Let me tell you being 52 I don’t get morning wood always but lately it’s been happening often since I have been using this. I have to admit I didn’t think that would happen but it’s been happening every day for week. I am hoping it helps with the exercise part too because that is why I bought it.

works well. Only downside is I had to take twice as many capsules as some other brands that I prefer but other than that, it works perfectly great.

This nitrous oxide compound seems to work really well. I take this supplement before I go mountain biking or do anything really strenuous to dilate the blood vessels and reduce cramping and muscle stiffness. I notice a difference when I take this supplement. It's nice to only have to take one capsule to get 3,000 mg versus taking three of them, one tablet is easier to swallow than three. The capsule is easy to swallow and has virtually no taste. It is an excellent buyer for the money. I recommend it for those that get muscle stiffness.
