It will do the job if you don't mind the nasty vanilla citrus flavor... I was using the same exact brand and product (same label, different formulation) in Europe and it tasted 100 times better. MuscleTech should switch to that formula and use it in the USA, they'll make a ton more sales.

There is no evidence that their is any real creatine in these chews. I researched these and there is no evidence that these have creatine through a third party source. Besides that, I would need to eat 8 of them to get the recommended dose. They are horrible and taste like candy, I'll pass on the sugary does. I'll stick with Animal brand where I only need to eat 4 and they don't taste like a sugar bomb.
