I started taking this about a year ago. I had read it will help cut your sugar cravings. It also has a lot of other benefits too. I do feel it really helps cut your sugar cravings. It also helps cut your blood sugar. At my last doctors visit my blood sugar was lower! This stuff also works to help lower your cholesterol! I have high cholesterol and my levels were good during my last visit. Definitely try! You won’t be disappointed!

Very effective, would recommend

I've been taking this supplement for about 9 months now and can say without a doubt that it helps reduce my appetite. It also surprisingly makes a difference in my sleep, helping both fall asleep and stay asleep longer. It is easy to swallow, and I haven't noticed any empty capsules that I seem to find with other supplements. I can't speak to the effects on blood sugar levels yet because I haven't had any blood work since starting them. But overall, good supplement and value for the money.

Update: The company contacted me promptly and refunded my money. I am thankful and would give their products a try again. Their customer service representative was kind and communicated every step of the way. This product did not curb my appetite. 😕 It made me extremely dizzy and lightheaded and gave me a headache. It's upsetting to me, but I will not purchase it again. Because I wanted it to work for me, I didn't anticipate I'd wish to return it. But now that I've found it doesn’t agree with my body, I was hoping to be able to return this product, but that is not an option. Another reason I would not purchase an item like this again is because they don’t accept returns. And if a supplement doesn't agree with the person who buys it with hopes it will, the option to return the product should be made available—just my thoughts. I hope it works for others because it didn't work for me.
