Good light, poor instructions
I had a tail light for my bike, but it couldn't go on the frame because my saddlebags were in the way, and it barely fit on the seat post because it was too long. This light fits below my seat just fine, and has other advantages besides. The instructions were however difficult to follow; one star off for that. They're multi-lingual, which is generally no problem, except that I kept trying to read down the column instead of across the columns. Once I figured that out...well, let's say the drawings are not always the best. And some of the other reviews here on Amazon (and their pictures) seem to refer to earlier versions of this light, and so are no longer helpful. If you want to mount this light on your seat post, it's easy--you just wrap the attached rubber strap around the post, hook it and you're done. But I wanted to hang it from the seat (I don't trust rubber straps not to give way). Hanging it from the seat starts at step 2 of the instructions (not step 1), where you unscrew the strap and screw on the smaller of the two plastic pieces (the square one). But before attaching this, I suggest playing with the two plastic pieces to see how they work. It's fairly obvious once you see it, but the lever that you bend to allow the square piece to slide on or off the Y-shaped piece is *very* stiff. It seemed to work better after a couple tries. When assembled, the light plus the two plastic pieces should look like my first photo; make sure the lever is to the right, as shown.I also suggest playing with the light switch (it's a rubber dome that you push, inside the circle of red LEDs). The instructions took some reading and re-reading. I would like to have tested the automatic mode (where the light comes on brighter when you slow? stop?), but I couldn't figure out how to do that without being on the bike. (And the eyes in the back of my head don't work very well, so I will have to hope this feature functions as advertised.)For the next step, remove the Y-shaped piece by pressing the lever and sliding it off.Step 3 talks about an "EVA pad", which I thought was the black pad with the white paper cover. But now I think it's the Y-shaped plastic piece (and I don't know what the black pads are for). The top of the Y hangs from between the rails that a bike seat typically rides on, and then you use the included zip ties to keep the Y from falling off the rails. My second photo shows the Y hanging from the seat rails, with the zip ties loosely attached. When you have that right, snug up the zip ties, clip off the ends, and rotate them up so they don't rub against your leg (third photo). Now you can slide the light with its square plastic piece on to the Y piece, as in my last photo, and you're ready to go.

Automated and bright rear light
This rear bike light is a great choice for anyone who is looking for an automatic, reliable, and bright option. I have appreciated the multiple brightness levels, have found the brake light's automated functions are accurate (so the light turns on when it is dark and when I'm braking), and the light has not needed to be charged again since I first installed it (I've only had about 8 hours of riding time with it).It has been the most useful bike taillight that I've ever used!

Awesome Auto Light
This is a tail light/brake light for a bike or scooter. I like this one because the battery life on it is very good and charges with USB C. It is also simple to use without too many different modes but enough to get what you want out of it. And the easiest way to use it is to put it in auto mode and never touch it again. When it's bright out it stays off, when it's dark it comes on and when you decelerate, it goes into brake mode. The light is very bright and the attachment was easy with a standard rubber band type attachment. 5 Stars.

Pretty Bright. Nice And Safe
I like the mounting options, but the directions are terrible. I mean come on.I settled on the post band because my seat won't allow the other mount option. Not that I'd be able to figure it out with the included instructions anyway. It's pretty bright and easy to see. It has enough different patterns but none that are sequential. I kinda wished it had some of those. The battery life is good although I wouldn't know just how good it gets charged every day after riding anyway. The light sensing is mostly good but it will sometimes turn itself off in bright lights. That's not cool. The brake sensing generally works without issue. Mostly I keep it on manual control to skip any problems that can and will occur, anyway. At 17 dollars list it's actually a pretty decent value overall.

DANG this thing is BRIGHT!!
I (was) an avid road cyclist, but with the spat of many cyclist getting hit/killed on the roads today, it makes those jaunts scary!! I don't like to ride the roads as much anymore, but there are still a couple of 'sanctioned' rides that I like to ride, and this accessory will help me feel a lot safer...at least to those that are coming up on my backside! Love the brightness, the choices of how the light blinks (or doesn't), and easy connection to my bike! (ps...also makes the wife feel a wee bit better w/me riding on the roads now too!) :)

Very bright, good strobe options
Easy to mount. The rubber straps and multiple mounting options make it versatile, and the brightness is a big plus. The auto light on braking is a great safety feature for daytime use. Plus, charging with a USB Type-C cable is super easy.Recommend.

Very visible
I got this for my daughter's bike. I like that it can sense when you are braking and the light gets brighter just like a car. I like that it has a built in rubber strap so there is no loose straps like others. The downside to this is that it is more difficult to take the light off. One thing I don't like is that you cannot just "twist" the light off of the bracket and bring it inside to charge or just safe keeping. Other lights that I have attaches to a bracket that is secured onto the bike. When you're done, you can just give it a twist and it comes right off. The light is bright and visible and has a few blinking option that you can toggle through. Overall it works great if you don't plan on taking taking it off to often. You do have to remove it to charge it though which can be cumbersum.

Faulty product !!
The media could not be loaded. Working great for a couple of rides then suddenly stopped working while night riding.
