Great pan again
deBuyers are without a doubt, top shelf carbon steel pans. This one is my third. This omlette pan may be on the heavy side for some but I’m really liking the 3mm pans.

Great pan you just need to season it correctly.
Great pan. When seasoning I did the oven method and very little oil wiped on inside and outside and then essentially wipe it off (leaves super thin layer on pan) and did about 4-5 seasoning like that. It took some time, but it came out amazing.
