Best Purchase for my Kahr
These were installed by a gunsmith on my Kahr P-380. Despite other reviews, I have had no issues with the sights. They have not moved, dimmed or fallen out. Maybe the credit goes to the gunsmith, but I have fired 100 rounds or more at the range with these in and have been nothing but happy. They still glow brightly in low light/dark and I really like the three dot sight better than the notorious i dot Kahr style sights. I was never accurate with those sights and hated the gun. I liked the feel of the small pocket pistol but hated the sights. Saw these on Amazon and they were specifically for the P-380 so I took a chance and I have been very happy with my purchase and my pistol since the install.

Had some problems But worked
This set was for the Kahr P380 - I live in CA and the package came with a sticker that said "Not for CA P380" on it. The website didn't bother to mention this. I measured the dovetails and they were identical to the ones on my pistol. Since night sights "don't count" in CA handgun approval I have no idea what the "Not for CA P380" meant? Anyhow, I decided to put them on.I put them on with not too much trouble - You will need a good, flat india or arkansas stone to true up the bases and the dovetails. They were a tight fit (which is good) and after only a little cursing went on just fine.In daylight they are not as good as the original Kahr 2 dot system - which I like a lot . At night they work fine, but the front sight dot is dimmer than the two rear sight dots - Not by a whole lot - but enought to notice. I have night sights on one of my Kimbers and they are much better (also bigger). I'm not sue if this means the front sight is failing or if it just came out that way - Time will tell.

Just the tickett
Had them on in less than 5 Minutes. Remember out left to right new in right to left.Need good brass punch and to avoid problems wet stone or file front and back sight width till you can get it in about 1/8 in with hard finger pressure, then tap away with nylon mallet and punch an old piece of leather and vise is very helpful. make old sight spot with magic marker to get new in same place. all done. Great Sights, Nice and Bright`
You might want to use a sight pusher, but otherwise really nice sights. Look good. :)

Defective!! Caution!!
Other than the front sight not "glowing" the sights are okay. I guess I got a bad batch from the seller and I didn't notice it until I had an armorer install the sights on my P380. That installation cost me $50. I called Kahr directly to see if they'd reimburse me or send me a working front sight since they are authorized Meprolight distributors, but I had no luck. I was basically told that since I didn't buy the sights from them, I couldn't get a free replacement. So anyway, if you buy the sights or any sights for that matter, make sure you check them in the dark before installing them on your gun. Check the date of manufacturing on the packaging and also make sure it hasn't been more than 5 years or whatever the life expectancy is on your sights. I made some dumb moves because I trusted Amazon, the seller, and Meprolight. Don't do the same.
