Resistance is the key
Being that I'm a fast approaching 60 year old male with a history of back & knee problems this rebounder is perfect to get that workout that simulates a good run but without the impact on my body.You don't have to be bouncing like a kangaroo, just letting your weight gather the momentum with a slightly bent knee & start to transfer this from side to side in a rhythm that suits, swinging the arms in a relaxed fashion helps to loosen the tension within the body, keeping the tummy tucked in keeps my back safe.Honestly throw that gym membership in the bin & try this at home as you'll be surprised at just how sweaty you can get with the right rhythmic tunes leading the pace.I'm 14 stone in weight & this rebounder handles it very well.It's very well made & can be folded away. It's not noisy at all.A very strong piece of kit & just the right size all for very little money.10 out of 10👍

WORKS WELL
it is a decent trampoline for the price and at this time as a beginner it is perfect

No responsiveness from seller; lack of quality
Spring holders (the part that attaches the spring to the trampoline) ripped after about a month of use. Amazon handles returns only up to 30 days. After that the seller must be contacted directly. The seller has not responded to my claims. I cannot recommend the item due to quality issues and no way of exercising statutory rights if a fault/defect surfaces after Amazon's support window closes.

Worth it
Love this .im an Adult neurodivergent and have struggled to find a fitness type I want to carry on with but this rebounder not only keeps me interested with the YouTube classes but also is helping me with sensory input and keeping me from going stur crazy out of boredom or anxiety 😩 definitely worth it for me
