Just to confirm, do you have to enter the correct combination before the padlock can be reset?

Nice looking product.

I don't know how this will weather going forwards, but it really looks a well engineered and solid product.Have seen reviews of other locks that don't open after a short while, rust rapidly etc. but I don't see that happening with this one. Let'hope I'm right!

This is a well made and useful lock, good value for the money

This is a well made and useful lock, good value for the money. The provision for opening in the dark is useful. There is just one thing that I have found needs watching. I use this for my bicycle and leave it on the bike when out of use. For convenient opening I leave it with just one figure off the combination. Under these conditions it is possible for joggling of the hasp to move that number a little and for the lock to fall open. The numbers need thorough scrambling for proper security.

Good, but rusts easily.

Good heavy lock for shed door. Easy to use dials. Would have given 5 stars, but the top part of the lock became very rusty quickly, which I wasn't expecting, despite spraying with WD40 regularly.
