The Best Toothpaste on the Market.
We love this toothpaste and it’s the only one we use in our home now. David’s Hydroxyapatite toothpaste has completely replaced our previous brands. I originally noticed some tooth sensitivity, and after switching to this toothpaste, that sensitivity went away for me. It feels gentle while still leaving my teeth clean and smooth, without the harsh feeling some toothpastes can have. I also appreciate that it’s fluoride free and uses nano hydroxyapatite instead. The texture is pleasant, it foams just enough, and it has a clean, mild taste that isn’t overpowering. Overall, this toothpaste has worked really well for us, and I don’t plan on using anything else. If you’re looking for a gentle option that supports enamel and comfort, this one is worth trying.

Amazing regeneration toothpaste!!!
This toothpaste is amazing! I had my first dentist appointment where I had no cavities in 38 years! (Terrible teeth genes) The plaque is basically gone when I use it and the hygienist says keep up the good work brushing! Even for my children, the cavities have almost disappeared. It tastes good enough that all of my children will use it. 3 use the orange vanilla flavor and 2 of us the peppermint.

Best toothpaste combo so far: parodontax and Davids
I am pairing this with Parodontax toothpaste to get benefits of BOTH fluoride and nanohydroxyapatite This toothpaste is amazing. My teeth feel so much less sensitive, and the plaque seems to grow slower. I do a pre-brush with the parodontax and try to get my gums really good. Then I scrape off the plaque and then brush a little more deeply with the David's. I have no health insurance or dental insurance so I have been doing loads of research on best dental hygiene practices. My teeth are loving this. The flavor is good too, taste like orange creamsicle. It lasts a while, so while it's technically more expensive, I think that is fine because you don't have to buy it super frequently. The investment in my teeth is way worth it to me. Other things ive been doing are using an electric toothbrush and gently scraping my teeth to loosen any plaque. I'm excited to hopefully not have cavities ever again, although I know diet has a lot to do with it We shall see ;) so far, so good. It's been a few months

Good but not enough transparency on the active ingredient, especially for the price.
This is very nice toothpaste. I liked the idea that it is supposed to remineralize the teeth, and the EWG rated it highly for safety of ingredients. The flavor and texture are pleasing. I imagine if I gave it 6 months to a year I might see some difference, however this brand does not choose disclose the percentage of Hydroxyapatite which apparently needs to be 10% in order to be effective, and it's on the rather pricey side. I'm not willing to invest that much money to 'prove' a product that doesn't disclose the percentage of active ingredient. I ended up purchasing a newer and totally different (and yes, more expensive) formulation of toothpaste that is supposed to drastically reduce plaque. I have gum recession and plaque tends to collect in the receded parts and kind of freaks me out. After using about 3/4 of the tube, I can say that it definitely does what it says it does, and I will continue to use it as I get myself ready for gum surgery. In the future I will probably try a hydroxyapatite toothpaste again, however I will definitely look for one that discloses and meets the ingredient threshold for the active ingredient.

Yes, I did write a novel for my review.
After spending hours researching different toothpaste brands to find an effective, non-toxic, and fluoride-free alternative, I'm happy I found Davids Nano-Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste. As someone who is looking to move away from fluoride, I've found Nano-hydroxyapatite (n-HA) is essential to remineralize teeth and reduce sensitivity. However, it's important to note a concentration of 7%-15% is necessary to match the effectiveness of fluoride. Through my deep research, I discovered that this brand is better than most for the price, because it contains a concentration of roughly 8% nano-hydroxyapatite, which is in that "sweet spot" for real repair and protection. Unfortunately, using high-quality n-HA is expensive, and since much of society has not yet made the switch to fluoride-free alternatives, finding it for a reasonable price is nearly impossible—many brands charge $20+ per tube, which is wild. I was thrilled to find that Davids offers this high-performance formula at a much more accessible price point, which is a massive value for this kind of quality. Beyond the science, let's talk taste. I like my toothpaste realllllll minty, SPICY. While this toothpaste isn't the spiciest, it still tastes great, like fresh peppermint (not much of a spearmint girl either so that's another plus). The consistency is slightly runnier than fluoride toothpaste, but I hardly notice it. It's important to note David's toothpaste is also SLS-free, and leaves my teeth feeling incredibly clean. After two weeks, I've noticed slight improvement in my teeth sensitivity too. Therefore, it's a clear winner for me. If you are serious about your oral health, do your research, and please consider this!! :)
